Quilter's Trek 2021

Hi everyone,
Once again, Sew-Jo’s is participating in the Quilters’ Trek (formerly known as Row-by-Row). The theme for 2021 is A Pop of Color - a four 9” patch made up of neutrals (grey/black tone) with a single pop of colour.
Jo's creative mind has done it again! She has created a spectacular representation of the 4 Seasons of Ottawa! Block 1 - Spring for our Tulip festival; Block 2 - Fireworks to represent Summer, highlighting Canada Day a quilt to picnic on; Block 3 contains Poppies for Fall/Remembrance Day; and to represent our winter she wraps it up with all things truly Canadian - a toque, scarf and mittens. These blocks can be part of a quilt made up of kits collected from the participating shops, or done up as a bench pillow.
In past years the only method of getting the kits was to go to the participating shops but, due to the COVID conditions, shops are allowed to ship the kits this year. Contact Sew-Jo’s by email at info@sew-jos.ca to find out more!
