Hello everyone,
This message is to let you know that there is a new version of the firmware for your EPIC being released. This applies to both versions of the EPIC machines. Firmware, in case you don't know, is the software built in to your machine to make it work. It can only be accessed by the update process.
Apparently there have been some issues regarding the EPIC update causing machines to lock up after download when the machine restarts. Some machines have not been able to be repaired. If you have not downloaded the update, PLEASE WAIT. (This is probably why SewNet is down at the moment). Please stop trying to update your EPIC until we hear back from SVP that the problem has been resolved.
If you have already done the update and your machine is functioning fine, then you have no problem. If you have done the update and your machine is not happy, please let us know and we will work on resolving as quickly as possible.
