Free Motion 101
Have you been wanting to free motion, but are terrified or really rusty? Join Jo as she gets back into the swing of free motion. Jo will get you limbered up and provide tips and tricks to make free motion an enjoyable experience.
Each session will look at a different technique and is designed to expand your skills to get you past the "I Can't Do This" stage and into the "Oh Wow, I Can't Believe I Did That" stage. You will:
- learn how to set up your machine,
- practice moving fabric in different directions,
- create different fills,
- learn different techniques to transfer designs,
- start by following a design or shape and evolve to freestyle designs.
This is a series of four 2 hour classes. Kit fee of $60 is required for supplies.
