Fractured Garden Quilt

The fractured quilt technique uses printed fabric repeats, cuts them and manipulates the repeats in the fabric to create visual movement in the reconfigured fabric.
This technique is used in both wall hangings and lap quilts. As a wall hanging, it can serve as a background to embellishments, appliqué or simply stand alone. In case of a lap quilt, it can also stand-alone or have appliqué work done on it. The choice is yours. The piecing can be fused or sewn together.
This is a 1 day workshop. $70.00 plus kit fee that must be purchased. The kit includes the fabric flower panel being used in the class. Maximum 6 students.
